General Questions
1. What is Music City Men's Health?
Music City Men's Health is a specialized medical clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services tailored specifically for men.
2. Where are you located?
Currently we are telemedicine based with plans to open an office in Spring Hill, TN soon.
3. What are your operating hours?
We are open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for general appointments and inquires. We are available 24/7 for any issues with ongoing clients.
4. How can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling our office at 615-900-5478 or by using our online appointment scheduling system.
5. Do you accept insurance?
No, we are cash based only as this allows us to provide a variety of services without insurance hassles and limitations. We provide testosterone replacement at an affordable price to many clients that would not meet the current insurance guideline for reimbursement. Our direct primary care model allows us to provide you with better primary care, at an affordable price. With our care model you get faster service and longer visits than most primary care offices that take insurance. Our functional medicine services can be life changing for people with complex or chronic issues looking for more than a bandaid for their symptoms. Much of the functional medicine based testing would not be covered in an insurance model. We use Rupa health for our functional medicine testing and they offer competitive wholesale prices. Our clinic does not charge any extra on top of their lab price. Christian medical sharing insurance options such as Medicare and Samaritan will cover many functional medicine expenses. All of our prices are affordable and competitive to other area practices.
6. Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing plans through a company called Cherry. You can purchase 3, 6, or 12 month TRT packages for 10% off with a financing plan. You can also purchase weight loss and functional medicine packages via financing enabling you to get the care you need now.

7. What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services including preventive care, testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatment, male fertility evaluation, IV vitamin hydration, medical weight loss, functional medicine consultations, telemedicine sick visits and more.
8. How do I know if I need testosterone replacement therapy?
If you are experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, decreased sex drive, erectile dysfunction and mood changes, you may benefit from testosterone replacement therapy. Schedule a consultation with our specialists for an accurate assessment.
9. What treatment options are available for erectile dysfunction?
We offer various treatment options for erectile dysfunction including medication such as tadalafil, hormone therapy, cardiac disease screening and lifestyle modifications. Our experts will evaluate your condition and recommend the most suitable option for you.
10. Do you offer telemedicine services?
Yes, we offer telemedicine appointments for certain types of consultations and follow-up visits. These include same day sick visits for our existing clients, initial TRT consults and follow ups, weight loss consults and follow ups, functional medicine visits, and general primary care follow ups. Annual physicals will be conducted in person.
11. Can you help with weight management?
Yes, we provide personalized weight management programs tailored to each individual's needs and goals. We use medications such as compounded Tirzepatide with B12 the generic version of Monjaro, compounded Semaglutide with B12, weight loss peptides such as MOTS-C, lipotropic injections such as LIPO-B, LIPO-C, MIC, and GOAL injections adjuncts to weight loss programs. We offer a weight loss IV infusion. Our weight loss packages include a comprehensive initial consultation, with in depth history exploring any underlying conditions, co-morbidity’s, and barriers to weight loss. We tailor a diet and exercise program for you to optimize your benefit from weight loss medication. We offer daily texts/emails for encouragement and do a weigh in once a week to help keep you motivated and accountable. Our weight loss packages come with a weight loss guarantee. If you do not hit your goal in the allotted time we will give you a complementary month of treatment and then continue working with you until you achieve your desired goal.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, and most major credit cards. We offer financing for most services through Cherry.
Medical Records & Privacy
13. How can I access my medical records?
You can access your medical records by completing a medical records request form and submitting it to our office. You may also request records through our patient portal.
14. Is my medical information kept confidential?
Yes, we are committed to keeping your medical information confidential and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
15. What are the common signs of low testosterone?
Common signs of low testosterone include decreased sex drive, fatigue, erectile dysfunction, and loss of muscle mass. However, only a medical professional can diagnose low testosterone accurately.
16. How can I tell if I have a hormonal imbalance?
Symptoms of hormonal imbalance may include unexplained weight gain, mood swings, night sweats, temperature changes, and changes in libido. Schedule an appointment with our specialists for a thorough evaluation and diagnosis.
Follow-up Care
17. Do I need regular follow-up appointments after starting treatment?
Yes, regular follow-up appointments are essential to monitor treatment progress and adjust the plan if necessary. We do a 60 day follow up and repeat labs for all new TRT clients. We then move to either a 90 or 180 day schedule for follow up and lab rechecks.
Consultations
18. What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you will undergo a comprehensive evaluation, including discussing your labwork, medical history and any current symptoms or concerns.
19. Can I bring a family member to my consultation?
You are welcome to bring a family member or a trusted individual to your consultation if it makes you feel more comfortable.
20. How long do consultations typically last?
Consultations typically last around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of individual cases.

21. What IV Infusion Services do you offer?
We offer a variety of IV infusions that can be tailored to your individual needs. IV therapy can be used to treat acute illness and promote faster recovery, post op recovery, post injury recovery, pre-marathon hydration, hangover recovery, and for general wellness. We have a menu offering the Music City Myers, Immune Booster, Clarity, Jet Lag, Adrenal Fatigue, Migraine Infusion, Beauty Infusion, Hangover Cure, Weight Loss, Vitamin C, Basic Hydration and NAD+. Our menu explains the purpose of each IV. We also are able to customize and craft an IV specifically for you. One of our skilled RN’s are able to come to your home, work, or hotel provided you convenient treatment in the comfort of your own environment.
22. Who do you treat?
We treat men age 18-100.
23. Do you offer referrals?
Yes, while we strive to provide comprehensive care for our clients. When the need arrises to get specialty care we will make referral to local colleges and make sure you get the care you need that may be outside our scope or expertise.
24. Can you order imaging?
Yes we have the ability to order x-rays, CTs, ultrasounds and MRIs at multiple local imaging centers.
